Zodiac Compass Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using Zodiac Compass, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Service Description

Zodiac Compass is an entertainment app where users place celebrities or friend challenges on a compass and compare rankings. Content is opinion-based and not factual, professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you must have parent/guardian permission.

4. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you submit, including images, names, and comments in friend challenges. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, infringing, pornographic, or otherwise harmful.

• Do not impersonate others or violate publicity/privacy rights.
• Do not upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or target individuals.

5. Licenses

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Zodiac Compass a limited license to host, process, and display that content only to operate core features (rating, heatmap display, and sharing links).

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Scores, rankings, zodiac placements, and crowd heatmaps are user-generated and probabilistic. We do not guarantee correctness, completeness, or any particular outcome.

7. Links and Sharing

Shared friend challenge links can include challenge metadata and anonymous vote/comment entries. Anyone with the link can access that challenge data.

8. Advertising

The service may display ads (including Google AdSense). Ads may be personalized based on browser/device signals and cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zodiac Compass is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abusive behavior, legal risk, security risk, or violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. and Pennsylvania law, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
